INGREDIENTS:
250 grams of flour
A pinch of yeast
125 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
A pinch of salt
A teaspoon of cinnamon
1 egg
Lacasitos
Melted chocolate
MATERIALS:
A bowl- a tablespoon- a fork- container to measure amounts- a glass to us for a cookie cuters- film paper- plate- vegetable paper
PROCESS:
1r. Put on a bolwl the sugar, the flour, the egs, the cinnamom, the cocoa, the yeast, the salt, the vanilla extract and stir it.
2n. Cut the butter in pieces, and put on the last blend.
3rd. Stir it.
4th. Cut the mixture into three pieces, wrap with plastic wrap and leave it half an hour in the fridge.

7th. Preheated the oven to 220ºC.
