RECIPTE TO COOK COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

250 grams of flour                                                                                                                            A pinch of  yeast                                                                                                                                                                                             125 grams of butter                                                                                                                        100 grams of sugar                                                                                                                                                                                                                    A pinch of salt                                                                                                             A little spoon of canella                                                                                                                                          1 egs                                                                                                                                                              Lacasitos                                                                                                                                                 Melted chocolate    

MATERIALS:

A bowl- a tablespoon- a fork- container to measure amounts- a glass to us for a cookie cuters- film paper- plate- vegetable paper                                                                                                                                 

PROCES:

1r. Put on a bolwl the sugar, the flour, the egs, the canella, the cacao, the yeast, the salt, the vanilla extract and stir it.                                                                                                                     2n. Cut the butter in pieces, and put on the last blend.                                                                                3rd. Stir it.                                                                                                                          4th. Cut the mixture into three pieces, wrap with plastic wrap and leave it half an hour in the fridge.                                                                                                                  5th. Stretching dough.                                                                                                                       6th. A short basing the dough into round shape, to make cookies.                           7th. Preheated the oven to 220ºC.                                                                                                                  8th. Bake the cookies to 10-15 minutes.                                                                                         9th. Decorate it.
