He has problems:he imagines things about his aunt. When he was younger, she was his favorite person, beause she was the only one who understood him. But she died and he feels nobody understands him.
He starts his first year of secondary school, and he doesn’t have friends because the only friend he had shot himself. But when Patrick and Sam graduate everything changes, he returns to feels alone and has anxiety attacks. He finally tells the doctor what her aunt did to him, and still has nightmares, His friends visit him and, finally, he is happy.

I think that it is a very interesting book because you feel emphaty for the main character many times. I really liked it because it very explicitly explained and understood the problem. Also I liked both the movie and the book because the writer and director have been the same. I recommend it for guys between 13 to 16 years old.
