Olly
Murs (Essex 14/05/1984) is a 31 years English singer and songwriter. We decided
to interview him ‘cause he’s so famous and we think that sings quite good..
Hello Olly! How’re you?
Hi!
I’m fine, thanks…
Well, you look tired...
A
little bit stressed. I’m doing a tour around the UK, and I have a concert every
week.
One concert every week?! That’s amazing… How did you enter to the music world?
Well,
when I was younges, I didn’t want to become a singer. I wanted to become a
footballer. But in 2007, I participated in the program Deal or No Deal, and I
won ￡100. And then…
...Then?
Then,
in 2009 I competed in the 6th edition of the XFactor, but I didn’t win. I was
in the second place and I signed a contract with Simon Cowell’s label. I think
he’s a great manager: he discovered a lot of important artists as Leona Lewis.
Wow! And what was your first album?
My
first album was “Please don’t let me go”, an it has a lot of exit. Productors
were very exited!
What are you doing now?
Las
year I published an album, Never been better, and some other singles, as
Up, Kiss me, Wrapped Up... And now I'm working in some other works. Hey! But
that's a surprise!
How many albums or singles have you got in this moment?
Mhmm...
I have got four albums for now: Olly Murs, In Case You Didn't Know, Right Place
Right Time and Never Been Better. And 17 singles.
And you have a good You Tube channel...
Yeah.
I have 21 music videos in YouTube, music videos. I have videos and singles with
other singers or artists.
What artists did you recorded with?
I
have worked with... One moment, let me think... With Rizzie Kicks, Chiddy Bang,
Flo Rida, Travie McCoy and Demi Lovato.
Cool! What work did you enjoyed the most?
I
think that Up, with Demi Lovato is the song, that working I enjoyed the most.
It was great working with Demi, it's so funny singing and working with her.
You do a lot of things... How do you organize your calendar?
Well,
I don't do a lot of thinks, but I do it all them in the perfect moment. That's
a think that I think.
